A Tribute Video is a video that incorporates home video, images and music created for funerals, memorials, or celebrations of life.
I have 3 steps to go through to customize a video that is just right for you. Please don't limit your imagination! Come to me with your ideas and let’s see if we can make it happen together! What would be involved? |
Part 1: Initial Consultation
We would start off with an initial consultation by phone or zoom to assess what you would be looking to have in the video. It is our chance to discuss and identify what kind of video that you would like to create. This generally takes 20 - 30 minutes. If you are wanting to continue, we would designate a package to start with that meets your needs and arrange a time to meet.
PACKAGES
Package 1 – $199 + GST
Includes: Up to 60 photos (to scan and digital) and 2 songs
Package 2 – $275 + GST
Includes: 61 – 89 photos (to scan and digital) and 3 – 4 songs
Package 3 – $399 + GST
Includes: 90 – 125 photos (to scan and digital) and 4 – 5 songs
All Packages Include:
Extras: $65/hour
PACKAGES

- Introductory and closing titles
- Movement of images and dynamic transitions between images
- Digital download of the final video
- USB stick that includes all photos and final video
Extras: $65/hour
- Additional time filming
- Adding video provided by you and editing clip(s)
- Recording and/or editing voiceovers
- Additional title screens or text
- Scrolling credits
Part 2: Pre-Production Planning
I do have the capability to scan your pictures/slides, so you do not have to do that ahead of time. Wherever possible, I need the highest quality image you have digitally (minimum 300 dpi) and/or the original physical photograph/slide.
At this time, we would also discuss:
NOTE: Photos and videos MUST be organized in the order in which they are wanted to appear in the final video. If not, Phoenix Reborn Productions has the right to order them in any way I see fit and charge accordingly for extra hours needed to complete the project.
I hope you are not feeling overwhelmed at this point! If you are not ready to answer all of these details during this initial pre-production meeting, we will work with what you’ve got and schedule another meeting later on to fill in the gaps for what you need to come up with.
I want this to be an enjoyable, exciting experience for you and I will do everything I can to help make this happen.
At the end of our meeting, we would come up with an estimate for production and you will be required to provide a 50% deposit based on this estimate. I do not charge by packages because I want to make sure that you are only paying for the time actually spent in creating this beautiful keepsake.
I will do my very best to come up with a reasonable estimate based on what we discuss during this meeting; however, please keep in mind that this is an estimate and that extra costs may be incurred as we work through production.
At this time, we would also discuss:
- How you would like the pictures, videos and music that you brought to be viewed i.e. in sections in a specific order
- Introductory/closing titles as well as titles for different sections
- Titling on the bottom of pictures/videos
- Voiceovers over pictures or title screens
- Scrolling credits at the end

How would I receive the final video?
Your final video will be provided to you in a downloadable file and on a USB flash drive.
The USB flash drive would include all of the pictures, videos and music that you have provided.
The USB drive can play your video on your TV or computer.
